Our 1-on-1 Retail Business Classes are designed for aspiring and current retail business owners who want personalized guidance in building, growing, and managing a successful retail business. Whether you’re launching your first boutique, transitioning from online to in-store, or looking to strengthen your operations, these sessions are customized to meet you at your level and help you scale with clarity and confidence. Clients receive direct coaching on topics such as product sourcing, pricing strategy, inventory planning, branding, visual merchandising, customer experience, marketing, budgeting, and operational systems. Each session focuses on actionable steps, not just theory, so you leave with knowledge you can immediately apply to your business. With individualized instruction, you gain support that is tailored to your goals, pace, and business model, allowing you to develop long-term strategies with expert guidance behind you. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — Retail Business Coaching To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all coaching clients, the policies below apply to every session: Booking & Payment All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system. Payment is required at the time of scheduling to secure your session. Unpaid appointments will not be reserved. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited without refund. No-Show Policy Missed appointments without notice will be marked as a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Three no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges. Refund Policy All bookings are final. Refunds are not issued unless the session is canceled by the coach. If we must cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session or full refund. Client Preparedness Come prepared with specific questions, topics, or business materials you’d like to cover. Arriving on time ensures you receive the full value of your session.
