Thursdays & Fridays 11am-5pm

Occasional Saturdays 10am-6pm  & Sundays 11am-5pm

$10 Per Hour

Position Overview:

As a part time Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving store sales. Your role is to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience by building customer relationships, offering product knowledge, and maintaining store appearance. We're looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, people, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Provide knowledgeable styling and product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately

• Restock merchandise and maintain visual presentation standards

• Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and store policies

• Participate in inventory counts, stockroom organization, and daily cleaning duties

• Collaborate with the team to support a positive, high-energy work environment

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math and cash handling skills

• Passion for fashion and trend awareness (if applicable)

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
