We've had the opportunity to be a part of some many amazing projects! We've compiled them here for you, in no particular order.

Sierra Sale Visual Merchandising
Complete layout design and set up for retail pop up store. The project required making a small section stoppable while displaying many accessories. We created framed artwork with some of the pieces that was actually able to be purchased, creating an interactive experience for the customers.

Jacqueline's Boutique
Complete store layout and design. This project included fitting room design, racks painted and assembled, and visual merchandising. This project extended beyond the grand opening in to a visual merchandising contract.

SAKK
SAKK has been a long time client with various projects. Projects include pop-up visual merchandising, catalog creation, and inventory management.

Philly Fashion Week 2020
J.Nicole worked in collaboration with a team to create eye catching visuals for the main floor of Philly Fashion Week. There was a total of 5 floor sets done during this one show. She was also in charge of backstage operations.

J. Nicole was hired to accessorize models with handbags from client Sierra Sale for product placement.

Complete vending layout design and setup for the lifestyle brand.

Suite Belle
Our very own brick and mortar retail space. This project included store layout, inventory management, allocation, and visual merchandising.

Suite 828 Co.
J.Nicole's product based e-commerce business. This project required merchandise planning, buying, allocation, inventory management, and visual merchandising for vending. It later earned a space in Suite Belle/The Suite by J. Nicole & Co. brick and mortar location.

The Suite by J. Nicole & Co.
The Suite by J. Nicole & Co. project that required a total rebrand (Suite Belle), relocation, store layout, and visual merchandising. As the owner and operator, I am responsible for all merchandising related duties including inventory management, forecasting, inventory audits, visual merchandising, merchandise planning, marketing, sales, and more.

R&N Enterprises
This project consisted of store layout, fixture and shelving upgrades, POS set up, and Visual Merchandising. This brick and mortar location also featured our client SAKK, where we provided visual merchandising specific to the brand.

Prajje Oscar Fashion Show
J.Nicole worked as an accessories stylist and model coordinator for Prajje Oscar's Dahomey Collection debut fashion show which took place on the Benjamin Franklin Bridge in Philadelphia, PA in 2020.

Hosted a Retail Merchandising class where we taught local retailers a high level overview for merchandising processes and strategies.

BS Textile and Apparel Studies
J. Nicole completed the Textiles and Apparel Studies program at Delaware State University in 2010. This program created the foundation for what would become J.Nicole Retail Co.

Parsons Fashion Industry Essentials
In 2019 J. Nicole completed Parsons Fashion Industry Essentials course. As a consultant, it is important to stay educated on what's happening in the industry.

Retail Experience
A snippet a lengthy retail resume. J. Nicole began working in retail at the age of 15. In addition to the experience listed, J.Nicole also worked for Macy's, DEB Shops, Body Central, Victoria's Secret, Total Wine, GoodWill (Management), and JOANN Fabrics.

SAKK Style School of the Arts Fashion Exhibition Visual Merchandising and set up
J.Nicole worked with client SAKK Styles to bring their runway vision to life. From shopping for and customizing furniture to painting frames, hanging artwork, and turning a blank wall into an art and fashion gallery. J. Nicole went from concept to execution in 90+ degree heat.
