Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. J. Nicole Retail Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Booking Policy — Retail Business Coaching To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all coaching clients, the policies below apply to every session: Booking & Payment All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system. Payment is required at the time of scheduling to secure your session. Unpaid appointments will not be reserved. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited without refund. No-Show Policy Missed appointments without notice will be marked as a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited. Three no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges. Refund Policy All bookings are final. Refunds are not issued unless the session is canceled by the coach. If we must cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session or full refund. Client Preparedness Come prepared with specific questions, topics, or business materials you’d like to cover. Arriving on time ensures you receive the full value of your session.
